The Vögele America paver line also includes the SUPER 700 which provides a new option for contractors. The Super 700, with electrically heated AB 200 V vibrating screed, combines highway class technology in a compact package perfectly suited for paving cart, bike and walking paths, confined areas, repair of milled areas, and conventional commercial applications. Unique to the Super 700 is the ability to drive through an opening less than 4 feet in width, pave within 2 inches of boundaries, and drive in a footprint of 43 inches!
The new SUPER 1800-2 SJ (for SprayJet) paver from Vögele America Inc. offers improved technology for placements of sophisticated pavement preservation surfacings like NovaChipÆ Ultrathin Bonded Wearing Course from Sem Materials Inc.
For more robust applications – including placement of SMA, roller-compacted concrete and cement-stabilized bases – the SUPER 2100-2 is available. It's powered by a 244-hp Deutz deisel engine and weighs 47,180 lbs. Its screed size is a nominal 8.3 ft. but it can pave up to 42.5 ft. wide.
In addition to Vogele America mannufactured screeds, we also offer units with TV, TP1, TP2 and TVP2 technology for difficult asphalt mixes, and for base applications including roller compacted concrete, cement and asphalt treated base, soil cement, pervious concrete and others.
