The 2200 CR offers the best of both worlds. It's a cold in-place recycler and a conventional cold milling machine in one robust unit. This cold recycler performs in situ processing of roads with an integrated paving unit, but also serves as a high-performance cold milling machine. Offering performance well beyond conventional cold milling machines, the 2200 CR permits mixing of water-cement slurry, asphalt emulsion or foamed asphalt road base to a depth of nearly 14 inches, all the while being capable of cold milling as desired.

Cold recycler 3800 CRThe 3800 CR offers the ability to cold-in-place recycle a full-lane of pavement in one pass, stabilizing with either foamed asphalt “green mix”, or any other stabilizing medium such as asphalt emulsion or lime or cement slurry, but with a twist: with a conveyor mounted, it also will serve as a full-lane cold mill. Cold recycler WR 4200The WR 4200 cold in-place recycler is the successor to the WR 4500, easily executing in-place recycling of roadways up to 13.7 ft. in width in a single pass. The machine pulverizes the existing pavement and can mix water, hydraulic binder, asphalt emulsion or foamed asphalt with the reclaimed material. Cold recycler WR 2500 SKThe environmentally friendly WR 2500 SK recycler is based on the proven WR 2500 platform, and via an integrated hopper, stabilizes soils while eliminating fugitive dust generated by traditional methods of spreading of lime or cement. A cellular wheel spreads the lime or cement over the full working width immediately in front of the pulverizing and mixing rotor. In this shielded position, it is then mixed into the soil to be stabilized. Thus the amount of lime or cement added can be metered precisely and it effectively prevents the formation of huge clouds of dust, saving stabilizing agent and keeping it out of the atmosphere. The WR 2500 SK is particularly useful when stabilizing soil near residential areas. Even traffic passing by is protected against drifting clouds of lime or cement dust.
