Vögele America Product Support stands with you long after sale
Long after the sale, Vögele America Inc. parts and service are available to you to keep your paver running and business in the black.
The Vögele America service department employs a staff of 8 field service technicians who are experts in proper paving practices as well as North American and European Asphalt pavers.
For the unlikely event that they will be needed, some 10,000 different parts are kept in stock for our pavers. This represents a $6 million investment in parts inventory, housed in a 28,000 sq. ft. distribution center at our manufacturing plant in Chambersburg, Pa.
Four employees in our parts distribution center provide same day service for orders received before 5:00 p.m., exceeding our competitiors' more common 3 p.m. cut-off time by two hours. Parts distribution soon will be enhanced, following completion in 2007 of our new 28,000 sq. ft. ultramodern, regional product storage, prep and parts facility for all three Wirtgen Group product lines at Chambersburg.
We know paving takes place around the clock, and we can respond to parts orders at any time. Our normal parts hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, but we host emergency after-hours service and shipping 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just ask.
